I live 20 minutes outside of Texarkana in Maud. I have free range chickens which lay a couple dozen a day! I have fresh eggs daily and will sell them for 2.50 a dozen! These normally go for 3.50 plus per dozen for free range brown eggs!
Free range means they are able to forage and live a good life.. they stay in their coop at night and lay. The eggs are  proven to be higher in Vitamin E and Better Protein than caged production white eggs! They are lower in bad cholesterol too!
