Quigley and his brother Pete were 2 of the saddest little pups we have taken in. They were a puppy dump, an older puppy dump than most. Left on a road not far from the highway, when a member and friend drove by the little guys, they were out for an afternoon ride, just riding the back roads. Pete and Quigley ran after them, whining the whole time....Down the road at least a mile, the guys stopped for a few minutes, in no time the two little guys had caught up to the truck. The guys got back in the truck and drove on, watching these guys following them in the rearview mirror. The guys sped up to try to lose them.....They came to a crossroad. The member hoping that this would stop the pups from trying to follow any further. For the rest of the day, the member just couldn't get those two pups out of his mind. And finally he couldn't stand it any more. He took his truck and kennels back to the 4 way stop where he hoped he would find the confused pups. And that's just what he found. Two pitiful little guys with sore pads and a limp after a day of chasing cars and begging for someone to take them home. The member picked them up and they headed to their new foster home. They are awaiting neuter, and are looking for a good home. Somewhere with lots to keep them busy. Their breed makes them extremely smart and ready for a challenge.
