Our client operates a moderate volume, extended care outpatient facility in southwest Arkansas and is looking for an experienced, competent, General Practitioner, Family Practitioner, Emergency Medicine or
Internal Medicine physician who is a viable candidate for limited or full hospital staff credentialing. Physician must be able to work in an organized structure and learn the business aspects of medicine. No hospital calls are anticipated. This is a single practitioner, outpatient facility located near beautiful lakes and rivers, in a small, progressive town with excellent public
and private schools, negligible crime rate, and comparable low cost of living, along with a healthy industry base. The facility is well-operated, physician-centric, and open to tailoring a seamless, supportive, operational relationship. These qualities allow the physician to have a very fulfilling and effective practice, without the burden of managing the host of mundane responsibilities of a private practice. The population draw is approximately 85,000. Facility includes an extensive array of patient services including x-ray, (intermediate CLIA) lab, cardiopulmonary (EKG, Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring, Holter, Pulmonary Function Tests) and diagnostic ultrasound, vascular, and full echocardiography. Other facility capabilities are casting, capable of limited minor surgery, prolonged care capabilities and intravenous therapy. Also has on-site injectable medications, crash cart, resuscitation equipment, etc. Facility is within two miles of the local hospital. This is a fee for service payment structured area. After three years if the relationship is satisfying to you and the employer you will have the opportunity to buy in as a partner and owner. Relocation assistance may be provided for the right person. Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in Family Practice, General Practice, Emergency Medicine or Internal Medicine along with an MD or DO degree
